1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5 PM IST, weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched
2. Shipping Zones & Delivery
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India via reputed courier partners. If your pin code is not deliverable, we will contact you promptly.
- International Shipping: Not available at this time.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer
- Delivery Partners: We collaborate with leading logistics providers to ensure prompt and secure shipping.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping Fee: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.
- Free shipping may be offered for orders above a specified amount (if applicable, this will be highlighted during checkout).
- All rates are inclusive of taxes and packaging costs unless stated otherwise.
4. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can monitor the status of your parcel at any time using the provided link.

5. Delivery Exceptions & Delays
- We strive to meet stated delivery timelines but cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather, strikes, or courier partner issues).
- In case of non-delivery or lost packages, please report to us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date for resolution.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or international addresses.
- Certain products may have specific shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal regulations. Any such restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the product page
7. Damages in Transit
- If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse to accept delivery, take video, and contact us immediately.
- For concealed damages, report within 7 hours of delivery. Provide photographic evidence so we can assist with replacements or claims.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect information or repeated missed deliveries, return shipping charges may apply.
