These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.dorablooms.com and any related mobile or web applications (collectively, “Site”) operated by us. By visiting the Site or purchasing products from us, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute an electronic record under s. 10A of the Information Technology Act 2000.

1. Definitions

“Products” means the goods offered for sale on the Site.
“Order” means a purchase request placed by a Customer via the Site.
“Dispatch” means the moment an Order is handed to the carrier and marked “Dispatched/Out for Delivery” in our system.
Other capitalised terms have the meanings given elsewhere in these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account

  1. You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872.
  2. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during checkout or account creation, and to keep such information updated.
  3. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptance of Orders

  1. All Orders are offers to purchase, subject to our acceptance and stock availability.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
  3. A contract arises once we email you an Order confirmation before Dispatch. Communication of offer, acceptance or revocation by electronic means is valid and enforceable

4. Pricing & Payment

  1. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  2. We may modify prices at any time prior to acceptance of your Order.
  3. Payment can be made via the integrated gateways (UPI, credit/debit cards, net-banking, wallets). By submitting payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Estimated delivery timelines are indicated at checkout; actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or force-majeure events.
  2. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  1. You may cancel an Order only before Dispatch and receive a full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  2. Once the Order is dispatched, no cancellation, return, exchange, or refund is permitted, except for (a) transit damage, (b) manufacturing defect, or (c) product not as described, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act 2019
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020
  • Upload, post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unlawful under the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2011

  • Interfere with the security or performance of the Site.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, photographs, text and graphics on the Site are our property or that of our licensors and are protected under Indian IP laws You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or control those sites and are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

10. Disclaimers

  1. Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties beyond those required by law.
  2. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of Products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Order giving rise to the claim. Reasonable limitation-of-liability clauses are enforceable under Indian law when not contrary to public policy

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Store, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

13. Privacy

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Sensitive Personal Data) Rules 2011

In compliance with Rule 4(4) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer:

15. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Changes will not apply retroactively. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
